What we collect

BlankPageAlert collects the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Telegram Chat ID — to send you alerts. We do not collect your name, phone number, or Telegram username.
• URLs you monitor — to capture screenshots and detect changes.
• Screenshots — captured by our server to compare against your baseline. Only alert-triggered screenshots are retained (see retention below).

What we don't collect

• No email addresses
• No passwords (we use Telegram for authentication)
• No cookies or tracking scripts
• No analytics or third-party trackers on the landing page

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to:

• Capture screenshots of the URLs you provide
• Compare screenshots to detect visual changes
• Send you Telegram alerts when changes are detected

Screenshot retention

Screenshots that don't trigger an alert are deleted immediately. Alert screenshots and diff images are retained based on your plan:

• Free: 1 day
• Pro: 30 days
• Team: 90 days

Baseline screenshots are kept as long as the monitor is active.

Data storage

All data is stored on a single server hosted by Hetzner in the EU. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us. Removing your monitor will automatically delete all associated screenshots and alerts.

Third-party services

• Telegram Bot API — to send alerts and handle onboarding
• Hetzner — server hosting (EU)
• Cloudflare — DNS and tunnel

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
